NC4 portal can ONLY be accessed by nominated personnel of registered Sector Lead and National Critical Information Infrastructure (NCII) entities.
Under the Cyber Security Act 2024 [Act 854]:
- “national critical information infrastructure sector lead” means any Government Entity or person appointed as a national critical information infrastructure sector lead under section 15;
- “national critical information infrastructure entity” means any Government Entity or person designated as a national critical information infrastructure entity under section 17 or 18.
To become a NCII entity to a specific sector, the Sector Lead is responsible to nominate respective agency to be NCII entity based on the functions and roles of the agency and / or organisation and its impact to the national security should a cyber incident happened to their ICT system and infrastructure.
NC4 alerts and advisories are ONLY disseminated to NC4 members and registered agency Cyber Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT).
NCII entity who likes to access to NC4 members portal is required to nominate three (3) authorized personnel and to submit their application to NC4. Kindly refer Arahan KE NACSA No. 1 Tahun 2024.
